"People are like puddles.
When we first start out in this life we barely make an impact, people don’t really notice us or if they do they make a big deal out of nothing.
As we grow we are noticed more for being shallow and less for existing, we get generalised as moody, unpleasant and all the same. People often avoid us.
As we become adults people see themselves in us, they see themselves reflected back at them from our surface, but when they step into our lives they realise we are much deeper than we seem.
Some people love what they find and stay, but most of the time they just wrinkle their noses, take their foot out and keep on going, regretting not being careful about where they walk."
